November 2023 Newsletter
Happy November!
I hope you’ve had a chance to enjoy the beautiful autumn leaves since the start of fall. The Nebo Loop and Santaquin Canyon have been stunning. I hope you had the opportunity to get out and soak up the beauty of this great state.
As we move into the holiday season, I’m grateful for the opportunity to reflect on family, tradition, and the many blessings that come with living here in Utah. I am immensely grateful for our community and the good people that live here.
It’s hard to believe another legislative session is right around the corner. But in preparation, there are a few updates I want to share.

July 2023 Newsletter
Dear friends and neighbors,
It’s hard to believe summer is winding down, but one of the highlights for me was a week-long course I took from the Constitutional Literacy Institute through UVU’s Center for Constitutional Studies. Educators from across the state discussed the Constitutional Convention of 1787, separation of powers, federalism, the Bill of Rights, civil rights, and more.

The work continues with interim meetings, and believe it or not, we’re already preparing for the 2024 General Session.
As you may have seen, Utah was recently named the No. 1 best state overall for 2023 by U.S. News and World Report. This really underscores the important work we’re doing to make Utah an incredible place to be, and I’m so proud to call this place home.
Here’s a recap of the last few weeks. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

April 2023 Newsletter
Dear Friends & Constituents,
The legislative session has come and gone, but I continue to reflect on the important things we accomplished. It’s reassuring that Utahns can come together and implement policies that have a meaningful impact.
At the start of the session, my colleagues and I outlined three policy pillars for our state:
- Stewardship of our natural resources
- Keeping life affordable
- Investing in our future
I am proud to say we accomplished our goals. Learn more about the legislation passed and how it will benefit you here.
